This is the custom mainboard that converts YardForce robotic mowers into OpenMower robots. YardForce is where OpenMower began — the very first build gutted a YardForce Classic 500 — which makes this the reference board for the whole project.

More than the minimum
As the reference design, this board deliberately includes more than a YardForce conversion strictly needs — so it can serve as a template for supporting other mower models. Beyond the core conversion, it adds:
- Gigabit Ethernet switch — onboard networking for the compute stack.
- LiPo charger — battery charging built in.
- 12 V auxiliary supply — power for extensions and add-ons.
